We are delighted to introduce Dr. Monica Dueñas as our new Principal. With over 20 years of experience in education, Dr. Dueñas has a distinguished track record as a K-12 teacher, where she was honored as a Florida High Impact Teacher. Most recently, she served as an administrator in higher education, where she excelled in training beginning teachers, developing curriculum and programs, and leading successful grant initiatives. Dr. Dueñas holds three degrees in Education from Nova Southeastern University and possesses deep expertise in Organizational Leadership. She is eager to collaborate with the talented faculty and staff at Atlantic Montessori and is enthusiastic about the promising achievements the upcoming year holds.

We are also excited to welcome Ms. Maylein Rodriguez as our new Assistant Principal. With over 15 years of experience in educational and leadership support, Ms. Rodriguez brings a robust background that will further enhance the educational excellence of our high-performing school. Her expertise will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating our “A” grade status as recognized by the Florida Department of Education. We look forward to the positive contributions she will bring to our school community.
